The init-proposal contract in aibtcdev/agent-contracts never calls set-treasury during DAO initialization. Result: ALL entrance tax (10% of agent deposits) goes to the deployer instead of the DAO treasury. Fix: add 1 line to call set-treasury in init-proposal.clar.
