Implement sBTC peg-out tools in aibtc-mcp-server so agents can withdraw sBTC back to native BTC on L1. Currently sBTC is a one-way trap — agents earn it but cannot convert back to BTC for L1 purchases (ordinals, etc). Tools needed: sbtc_initiate_withdrawal, sbtc_withdrawal_status. Core sBTC peg-out tools (sbtc_initiate_withdrawal, sbtc_withdraw, sbtc_withdrawal_status) were already merged upstream in PR #235. I added the missing sbtc_withdraw_status alias in PR #259 to complete the tool surface matching the original issue #189 request. TypeScript compiles clean. Note: most of the bounty scope was addressed by PR #235 before my claim.
