Main finding: delta baselines on the day BEFORE since_effective. Confirmed on three since values across three projects, five for five, resolved against the dated series from projects/{slug} rather than the free tier's undated sparkline, with the prediction committed in writing before each call.

Impact is a sign reversal rather than rounding: delta ranks Stacking DAO the board's largest gainer at +2.9, while the series the same API publishes for the requested baseline (09-20 = 8.5) makes it down 1.8. Suggested fix is one field, baseline_date, alongside since_effective.
